Where We Ship

Dojo Mojo currently ships to eligible addresses shown at checkout.

If your address is accepted during checkout, we can ship to you.


Order Processing

Orders are packed and processed in the order they are received.

Most orders will ship within **[insert processing window]** business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, launch page, preorder page, or checkout screen.

During launch periods, restocks, holidays, or high-volume windows, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and available carrier options.

We do our best to keep shipping practical while making sure your Performance Gel arrives safely.


Why Retail Orders Start at 3 Packs

Dojo Mojo retail orders begin with a 3-pack starter minimum.

Shipping single gel packs is inefficient and can cause too much of the order value to go toward postage instead of the product itself.

The 3-pack format helps us:

Keep shipping practical
Protect product value
Reduce unnecessary packaging waste
Give customers enough packs to try multiple Styles

You can build your 3-pack with any combination of Tiger, Monkey, and Dragon.



Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.


Heat and Storage During Shipping

Dojo Mojo Performance Gel is designed to be portable, but it should still be stored properly.

Once delivered, avoid leaving packs in direct sunlight, extreme heat, freezing conditions, or a hot vehicle for extended periods.

Store according to the directions on the product label.
